This is where we are going to be in about a month from now. The Sea Perch RV resort in Yachats, OR. It was pretty foggy the day we were there due to some unusually hot weather down Eugene way. There are only about 25 spaces here and the owners put a lot of money into it on the idea of selling the spaces.... then the economy dumped out. It has a very nice clubhouse with big screen tv's, poofy leather chairs, pool and foosball tables, exercise room and a full kitchen (has granite counter tops). Pretty classy. The front desk/office has a designers touch. Nice.
I saw this carved tree while walking to downtown Yachats to get seafood dinner from out motel. I've got to get more information on it.
This is a shot taken from one end of Yachats looking towards this bay. There are people walking on the beachy area. I wonder if they were looking for shell fish.
The Pacific Ocean right off the first row of RV's at Sea Perch RV resort.
I liked the Art Deco posts of the raised bridge. We are North of Yachats at Newport, OR.
Same bridge but before we got to it.
