Trip from Kentucky to Arizona

This is a rest stop about 8 miles out of Elkmont Alabama.  Also known as the rocket rest stop due to a Saturn 1B rocket on display.  Apparently it's been there since 1979.  Who knew?

Cool bridges over the mighty Mississippi river.  The bridge on the right is for trains.

We followed this Google camera car for a short distance.  So next time you use Google Street View the pictures were taken by a vehicle similar to this one.  I wonder what the drivers pay plan is?

This wasn't the only gun related sign at Cactus Rose RV Park in Mingus, TX    The folks that ran it were very friendly and their park although smallish was very nice.  There was a pool, clubhouse and a "sheriffs jail"

 Cotton field in Western Texas.

Multi-colored semi's at a truck stop in Chandler Arizona.

We're finally here.  Distant Drums RV Resort in Camp Verde Arizona.  We should be camp hosting here through the end of March 2014.  And we'll be working only 6 hour days.  Two days on, 5 days off.
